This year we want to offer an award especially for all exhibitors.
LEARNTEC Eco Award – award for more sustainable booth concepts
This is aimed at all exhibitors at LEARNTEC 2024 and focuses on your sustainable stand concepts at LEARNTEC. However, this is not only about stand construction, but also about preparations for the trade fair and the trade fair presentation on site.
1. application
Exhibition stands/concepts that are characterized by their focus on sustainability.
All companies or start-ups exhibiting at LEARNTEC 2024.

The submission takes place in two steps.
Firstly, the pdf form must be completed with the following points:
• Company data
• Data of the contact person
• Key data on the stand
• Sustainability aspects
In the second step, this pdf is sent by e-mail to luisa.hartenstein@messe-karlsruhe.de .
The tendering period ends on Friday, 22 March 2024.
2. evaluation
After the deadline, the submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the LEARNTEC team. Three exhibition stands will be nominated.
The participants are informed of their nomination or non-nomination in calendar week 19.
3. LEARNTEC Eco award ceremony
When and where?
On the afternoon of 4 June 2024, a jury member will present the awards directly at the nominated stands. The certificate and prize will be presented here. A photo will also be taken for publication on the homepage.
