Online Service Center (OSC) for exhibitors

The Online Service Center lets you conveniently order the services you need for your presence at LEARNTEC, including stand assemlby, equipment for stands, technical connections, services, marketing and press (from late year).

If you have exhibited at one of our events before, you will already have the login data for your personal customer account with Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH. You can use this login data to register and order services.

Stand construction possibilities at LEARNTEC

We provide several packages for your presentation at LEARNTEC 2024! For more extensive information or individual consulting, please do not hesitate to contact us personally at your convenience.

The stand construction packages can be booked from the late year in the Online Service Center (OSC).

The following options are available:

Basis package

  • Plastic-coated rear and side walls (colors available at extra charge)
  • REWIND® carpeting, latex-free, 100% recyclable, entire booth area, color selectable: red (0713 Red), blue (0851 Pacific Blue), green (0625 Spring Green), gray (0949 Frost Grey); special colors available by arrangement
  • as of 15 sqm: cabin 2 m x 1 m with lockable door
  • cover panels: 2 m x 0.3 m incl. lettering / logo (1 panel per each open stand side)

  • lighting: 1 LED spotlight (30 Watt) per 3 sqm
  • Triple Socket for stand lighting
  • 1 power connection 3 KW, incl. power consumption (lump-sum),

Networking: Business Evening

Take advantage of the LEARNTEC business evening following the first day of the trade fair to network with other exhibitors, visitors, speakers and key players in the industry.
