The Call for Papers for the LEARNTEC Convention - Europe's largest event for digital education - from 1 to 3 February 2022 is online. The convention is dedicated to the trends and topics of digital education from business and science in practical lectures, workshops and discussion rounds. Until 23 May 2021 interested parties have to submit a topic online in German and English, suggest a speaker and thus actively participate in the convention.

"Even though LEARNTEC cannot take place on site this year due to the pandemic, we are looking ahead and are already working on preparations for our online format LEARNTEC xChange in June 2021 as well as for the 29th LEARNTEC in February 2022 at Messe Karlsruhe," say Sünne Eichler, Prof. Dr. Peter A. Henning, Jane Hart and Jürgen Luga from the LEARNTEC Convention Committee. "Whether in the professional environment, in universities or schools - digital education has arrived in our everyday lives. The relevance of technology-supported concepts continues to grow, and new ideas and solutions are constantly enriching the learning and working world. With the Call for Papers, we would like to give education experts the opportunity to contribute their expertise to the LEARNTEC Convention and the programme at the fair and to actively shape it."

The Call for Papers for the LEARNTEC 2022 Convention focuses on the topics of digital learning in the professional environment. Submissions are invited, for example, on innovative learning strategies, networked learning, education management or modern workplace learning. The LEARNTEC convention committee will compile essential parts of the congress programme from all submissions according to strict criteria. In addition, topics on digital education in schools and universities as well as on augmented and virtual reality can be submitted, which will be integrated into the trade fair's specialist forums, for example the AR/VR Area or the forum school@LEARNTEC. For example, topics such as the future of education systems, current best-practice examples from everyday learning, solutions for controlling educational pathways, learning platforms or cloud solutions are being sought.

All information on the topics and criteria of the Call for Papers as well as the submission documents are available on the LEARNTEC website.
